This is want I accomplished last night. The red thread has not arrived yet. This is the largest piece of fabric that I have ever stitched on. I welcome any suggestions on what type of hoop to use.
You got a great start. I know that some people roll up the excess fabric and hold it on the sides/top with a large plastic hair clip. I hope you get the red thread soon. So glad you have this blog!!!!!!!
Penny -- Very nice start! Hope you get your red threads soon:)) As far as the excess fabric goes I would just roll it up and use clips. When you use the qsnaps over your stitching make sure to use either fabric scraps or felt to cover it up so the qsnap doesn't leave a mark.
